Based on the analysis, hypothesis of the study is accepted compensation and career development affect the organizational commitment.After doing the study, there are some suggestions for PT. Bank BRI Syariah of Suniaraja Branch, Bandung, are in the average level. Statistical instruments which are used are regression analysis and multiple correlation.The result of the study shows that compensation, career development, and organizational commitment in PT. ![]() Type of the study is verificative descriptive. ![]() Sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling with 45 persons as the sample. Bank BRI Syariah of Suniaraja branch,Bandung. The population of the study is all employees of PT. Bank BRI Syariah of suniaraja branch, Bandung, and then to know the influence of compensation on organizational commitment and to know the influence of career development on organizational commitment. The aim of this study is to know about the compensation illustration, career development and organizational commitment in PT. ![]()
